|Update With Regards to Alon B/365, Alon F/369, Ruth A/358 and Ruth B/359 licenses|
Tel Aviv, Monday, November 30, 2015. The Israeli Minister of National Infrastructure, Energy and Water Resources advised the partners in Alon B/365, Alon F/369, Ruth A/358 and Ruth B/359 licenses (“Partners”) about his decision to reject the petition that was filed by Partners following the Oil Commissionaire’s previous decision not to approve the extension request.
In light of this decision of the Minister of Energy, the Partners are now evaluating their legal options available for their realization with regard to their rights.
