|Petition to the High Court on 353/Eran License|
Tel Aviv, Tuesday, November 17, 2014. With regard to the appeal submission to the Minister of National Infrastructures, Energy and Water recourses (the "appeal" and "Energy Minister", respectively), on the decision of the Petroleum Commissioner of Energy and Water Resources ("the Commissioner") and further to Energy Minister's decision to reject the appeal, Delek Group gas subsidiaries announce that on November 17, 2014, Eran partners, including the gas partnerships, filed a petition to the High Court. The petition mainly includes the application for a conditional order against the respondent, instructing them to explain the reasoning behind not canceling the Energy Minister's decision which rejected the appeal.
