|Update with regard to Licenses|
Tel Aviv, Wednesday, September 15, 2014. Delek Group's gas subsidiaries announced that the Petroleum Commissioner of Energy and Water Resources ("the Commissioner") announced its decision to the partners of the Alon A/364 and Alon C/366 licenses with regards to extending the validity of the licenses until March 1, 2015, in accordance to section 18(b)(2) in the Petroleum Law - 1952.
The Commissioner has announced that he has decided to extend as well the validity of Alon D/367 license until December 31, 2014.
In addition, the Commissioner has announced that he has decided to extend the validity of Hana/352 license until December 14, 2014, for the completion of data proving that the "Dolphin 1", which is located in the Hana/352 license area, is a discovery, as defined in the Petroleum Law - 1952.
On the contrary, the Minister of Energy and Water Resources announced on September 15, 2014, his decision to decline the appeal of the partners in Avia/337 and Keren/338 licenses from April 1, 2012, to extend their validity. Delek Group partnerships are working to submit a petition to the Supreme Court with regard to this decision, in order to exercise their rights in connection with these licenses.
Finally, the Minister Energy and Water Resources has announced on September 15, 2014, his decision to decline the partners in Ruth D/361 and Alon E/368 licenses appeal from March 29, 2012, to extend their validity. Delek Group partnerships are working to submit a petition to the Supreme Court with regard to this decision, in order to exercise their rights in connection with these licenses.
