Delek Group (TASE: DLEKG, US ADR: DGRLY) (“the Company”) announced that following the Company’s announcement of its takeover of Ithaca Energy Inc. in February 2017, S&P’s Maalot rating agency and Midroog re-affirmed the credit rating of the bonds issued by the Company at ilA and A2.il, respectivcely, and both reaffirmed the stable rating outlook.
