Delek Group (TASE: DLEKG, US ADR: DGRLY) (“the Company”) announces that on May 13, 2020 it sold all its holdings in the shares of Mehadrin Ltd (“Mehadrin”), 616,611 ordinary shares representing 18.55% of Mehadrin’s share capital, in an off-exchange transaction at a share price of NIS 119.68 and for an overall consideration received by the Company of NIS 73.8 million.
